Acupressure refers to stimulation of some body points to produce bio-energy that eventually affects any malfunctionality of body organs with cure.It prevents relapses of diseases and helps to make relief procured by other therapies prompt and perfect.It helps increase efficiency of organs and body systems.It strengthens joint and muscles thus maintaining athletical capacity in human.
When something goes wrong in any body organ or part of the body,some of the points begin to hurt.Acupressure on those points help bio-energy to regain its normal harmonious flow to re-establish environmental balance between yang and yin forces.

Acupressure treatment should be avoided when one is under fatigue,profuse,perspiration and rapid heart beats until normalcy resumes.
If hungry,take some food before taking this treatment and acupressure two hours after.No acupressure is to take before two hours after taking any drugs and within half an hour after taking hot bath.
In ordinary circumstances,acupressure treatment is not recommended during pregnancy.It should also be avoided on points lying beneath scars or an injured part on the skin.The same treatment is to avoid on parts beneath a bone which may be fractured on account of some injuries and also on vertebra suffering any sciatica.
The total duration of acupressure treatment each day vary with human ages.For newborn babies,1/2 minutes to 3 minutes,1 to 4 minutes for babies aged 3 to 6 months,1 to 5 minutes for babies aged 6 to 12 months,3 to 7 minutes for children aged 1 to 3 years,5 to 10 minutes for children aged 3 to 12 years and 5 to 15 minutes for all adults up to one birthday before sixty years.
This therapy augurs well along with other therapies like urine therapy and green juice therapies.
