Cure gas Problem


Avoid these Gas Causing Foods:


1. Baked beans

2. Vegetables: Brussels sprouts, Cabbage, Cauliflower, broccoli, onion

3. Chewing gum

4. Whole grain: whole wheat

5. Fruits: apples, peaches, pears

6. Sorbitol: Sugar free candies, gums

7. Carbonated drinks

Prevention from Gas:

1. Eat Slowly: Eating fast can interfere with proper digestion of food.

2. Walk: Walk for a minimum of 500 mtrs after meals.

3. Reduce Fatty Foods: Digestion is slow if you take lot of fatty foods.

4. Avoid Food: With trial and error method you can find which foods affects you most. Avoid them.

5. Reduce Smoking: While inhaling smoke you can swallow airs too hence avoid it for quick relief.

6. Straw: Avoid straw while drinking. You might swallow air while using straw for drinking liquids.
