Non Balance Hormon in Women

In women, the body produces two important types of hormones, progesterone and estrogen, among others. In the first half of the menstrual cycle, the body produces high levels of estrogen. Hormones regulate the brain functioning, cell metabolism and reproduction process in a woman's body. Hormonal balance is therefore essential and any chronic imbalance may create a number of problems for women. These hormone levels that fluctuate throughout a woman's life are perfectly natural, yet sometimes other factors can lead to hormonal imbalances. Stress, lack of exercise, birth control pills, drug use, stimulants like caffeine and alcohol, and poor nutrition can disrupt a normal menstrual cycle and hormonal balance.

Symptoms of hormone imbalance are caused primarily by the incorrect relationship between progesterone and estrogen levels in the body. The two female hormones, estrogen and progesterone, exist in a delicate balance. When hormones are very important to the body, an imbalance would lead to complications. These imbalanced conditions offer risks of development of ovarian as well as cervical cancers and this may further lead to infertility. These are the most common symptoms associated with hormonal imbalance. Several other possible symptoms include acne/oily skin, bone loss, decreased fertility, irregular periods, decreased muscle mass, vaginal dryness, incontinence, memory lapses, and nervousness. There are probably more which show up on a case-by-case basis, but these are by-in-large the majority of symptoms.
Normally in monthly periods cycle, estrogen production taken place for first 10 days and then ovulation tells our body to produce progesterone. This way there is no disparity, but if there is no ovulation, then there would be an inequity between the two as progesterone is only produced with ovulation. Try alternate methods that relieve stress and boost hormone production such as aromatherapy, massage, therapeutic touch, acupuncture, acupressure, hypnotherapy and mental imagery. Stay away from alcohol and tobacco since these can aggravate PMS symptoms With the loss of energy and chronic fatigue, females find themselves unable to exercise as much as in the past, or to recover as quickly when exercising. Women often find themselves increasing weight gain in spite of attempts at exercising. One hormone imbalance symptom that is not frequently discussed is the loss of sex drive and diminished libido.

The real culprit in the hormonal imbalance issue lies in an overdose of estrogen, if you will. The key is to bring the body back to homeostasis or balance. So, what are some of the ways to do this? First, you need to ensure that this is the problem and the best way to find out if you have a hormone imbalance is to take an authorized test. It is important to understand that unbalanced hormones may not produce all or any of these symptoms in all women. Symptoms may be more dominant in some women, while there may be no symptoms in others. The imbalances in body basically disrupt the hormonal growth in the body and should be nursed on-time. The Scientifically Advanced Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT) for women serves as a beneficial strategy to help the body safely rebalances the female hormonal system.
