Nut for cholesterol

Nuts are a food that is cheap and accessible. Buncing, red beans, peas, or soybeans, when processed into various types of food. In addition to make vegetable, beans are also delicious when eaten by boiling. So, there's no reason to exclude this food in our daily menu.
