Walking

While talking on the phone or while reading your favorite magazine, walk through the house. Also, try to find more activities that involve walking. Go shopping, walk around the house or visit your friends. Even if this activity does not consume many calories, added to other methods will make a difference.

Eat at the table

People who eat in front of the TV tend to eat without limit and to overlook the fact that the stomach has reached the saturation state, and no longer need food.
