Increase good cholesterol with beer

Beer is the only beverage that has hops and is one of the two natural sources of silicon. A glass of beer significantly increased "good cholesterol". Moderate consumption of beer is particularly important to reduce the risk of ischaemic heart and other cardiac disease. The soluble fibers it contains are derived from cell walls of barley and help reduce "bad cholesterol". Beer lovers are protected from the bacteria Helicobacter pilory, which is the cause of the majority of gastric ulcers. Together with water it is the other natural source of silicon. According to the studies of R. Thompson and J. Powell, the silicon in beer helps to strengthen bones and reduces the risk of developing Alzheimer. From cardiovascular diseases protect also the contained in the beer Group B vitamins such as niacin, riboflavin B2, folic acid C9, B6, pyridoxine and cobalamin B12. The product is entirely natural and is made from malt, hops, brewer''s yeast and water. It contains antioxidants, minerals and vitamins that are the basis of complete diet.
